NTUC -Nebo VS Indo-Chinese
Stats - NTUC
Pros:
1. Community involvement = better portfolio if we organize community activities.
2. Flexibility in team choice and trainings.
3. NEBO membership... until 25 yrs old.
4. May have organized supporters.
5. Basic needs (jerseys shoes venue etc) , allowance negotiable.
Cons:
1. Additional funds not as easily obtained as the latter sponsor
2. Not as experienced in managing a basketball team.
3. Main aim is to promote its membership and community involvement rather than winning
Stats - Indo-Chinese
Pros:
1. Transport allowance(expected to increase with good results)
2. A better management system with great prospect for improvement and progression
3. All needs from shoes to drinks will be met
4. Professional coach guidance
5. Common goal from players to sponsor( WIN!)
6. Funds are easily available
Cons:
1. Training frequency will be high and inflexible
2. Low tolerance for low committment level
right now, I just need everyone to post their comments and intentions to which one they prefer on this post and why. You can also expressed your feeling like zhanghao did. feel free to do so.
