CRAMPS!!
Wao lao lor.. didn't complete the entire training.. going to run sucide that time
suddenly my leg cramp.. sianz.. must be I did not train for too long then suddenly exert too much that's why cramp.. Next training better rest well and don't strain out before the actual training commences. Try not to play too many 4on4 or 3on3.. ( waste a lot energy fighting for position with zeyan) I think maybe only kenny happy because so on form.. shoot so many 3 points.. Must be something i said on sat night that inspire him to play so well.. HAHAHA i think the 1-3-1 we learnt today requires a lot of endurances and stamina because we are like dogs like that chasing after the ball.. But It's neccessary for when we are down in a game and need to get possession back.. So maybe we can try it on sat (if got friendly) then see how.. Duno why today i feel so tired and people like weiqiang so active and seems to have unlimited energy.. Hmm.. Maybe it's tueday's blue ba.. HAHAHA |
