Gunning for number 1

this week schedule:
training @ Chong Pang CC 9.30am Wednesday
training @ Chong Pang CC 9.30am Saturday

5/10/2008 7.00pm dark jersey. reach by 6.00pm

These two trainings will not be sufficient. Please do your own running and gym in this week. Next week fixture is very critical to our qualifying and playing form. Your effort is a step to team success. let's gun for number 1.
